A Vintage Holiday will do everything in its to power to keep you, our customer, happy with our services. We will be happy to assist you.
A Vintage Holiday ships all orders FedEx. Orders will be shipped within 1 week of placing order.
We do accept returns, as we want you to be happy with your product. We ask that all returns be authorised by either emailing or calling us. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Items must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date otherwise they will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you.
In the event of damage or breakage please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will replace your purchase or refund your money. Please keep all damaged packaging to facilitate our inspection in case a return of goods is requested.
